Nepalese sandalwood cord incense

The original incense from Nepal with a sweet and woody scent.

Made in Bhaktapur, respecting traditional methods. Rolled and twisted by hand by Nepalese women, grouped in a cooperative.

Composed exclusively of natural ingredients including powders of white sandalwood, dammar, spikenard, cinnamon, cloves, wrapped in a sheet of Lokta paper.

Usage tips

Place the incense holder on a smooth, horizontal support. Place the cord in the appropriate incense holder. Light the cord, then blow out the flame.

Manufacturing

The cords are rolled by hand in Nepal from generation to generation. The ingredients (wood powder, spikenard, white sandalwood, dammar, etc.) are rolled up in a sheet of Lokta paper then twisted.

Precautions for use

Light the end of the cord then blow out the flame. Place it on the incense holder and let it burn. Do not allow to burn unsupervised. Ventilate the room after use. Avoid directly inhaling smoke.
