Lavender, with its soothing and calming properties, combines with the comforting roundness of cocoa, the purifying properties of cloves and frankincense resin, traditionally used in religious rituals.

Usage tips

Light the charcoal* by holding it with tongs then place it in the censer.

Wait until the crackling stops, then until the edges of the coal turn white before placing half a teaspoon of the mixture.

For a gentler combustion, place a teaspoon of mixture in a candle diffuser, adding or not adding water to the cup. Homogenize the mixture before each use.

Ritual

Take out a pen and paper and write down everything that comes to mind. Don't think about your writing style or your wording, the idea is to take your time and free yourself through your feelings in the present moment. Once that's done, fold or crumple your paper and pass it over a candle to burn it.

At the end of the exercise, remember to open a window to see the smoke escaping. The goal is for you to become aware that these thoughts fly away and disappear at the same time.

Precautions for use

Use in a suitable censer or candle diffuser on a flat, unwaxed, unvarnished surface, not exposed to drafts. The coal, even in the ember state, and the censer remain burning for more than an hour, avoid any burns or fire. Do not allow to burn unsupervised. Ventilate the room after use. Avoid directly inhaling smoke.

Keep out of reach of children. Always avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not swallow.
