Brown psyllium (ispaghol) is a very high-fibre seed that swells in water to form a mucilage. It is added to water, fruit purées or gluten-free bread doughs.

Use and precautions
One to two teaspoons in a large glass of water (240 ml), drink immediately, then drink a second glass of water. Take at least 2 hours apart from medication. Not recommended for children or in case of digestive problems without medical advice.

We ship to France, across Europe and worldwide.
Europe – Colissimo or Mondial Relay (pickup point, depending on the country): €8.90, no customs fees, delivered in 10 to 15 business days.
DHL Express: €13 within Europe, €20 for the rest of the world, delivered in 2 to 5 business days. Any customs fees are payable by you; if they are not paid, the parcel is destroyed by the carrier and cannot be refunded.
When will I receive my order?
Your order is prepared within 2 to 3 business days. Then allow 10 to 15 business days with Colissimo or Mondial Relay (the tracking number becomes active after about ten days), or 2 to 5 business days with DHL Express.
