Moroccan incense

Moroccan incense can be found at every attar (herbalist) in the souks. Pure resins or blends, they perfume the home for celebrations, on Fridays or every day.

In this department

  • Benzoin (jawi): white, red and black, also in large 1 kg packs.
  • Traditional blends: tfoussikha, harba, oum el nass.
  • Resins: sandarac (sandrous), ouchak, louban ahmar, louban el morr.
  • Plants to burn: serghina.

How to use

Place a small pinch on hot charcoal in an incense burner. Blends rich in plants produce more smoke: air the room after use.
