Malheureusement j'ai pas pu récupérer mon colis car le delai de stockage au point relais est limité à 5 jours.
Pendant cette période j'ai été en déplacement à l'étranger raison pour laquelle j'ai pas pu le récupérer à temps.
Le livreur m'annonce que le colis a été réexpédié au vendeur Numero de suivi 62-00089054
Puis je demander un nouveau envoi à ce colis ?
