  • Plants to infuse: louiza (lemon verbena), fennel, quince leaves, avocado leaves, corn silk, eucalyptus, red roses, chamomile, linden, hibiscus.
  • Loose Turkish teas and infusions: rose, mulberry, mango and saffron, Harem tea, Istanbul tea.

Preparation

Use one teaspoon of plants per cup of simmering water and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, covered. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and people under treatment should ask a health professional before consuming plants.
