All products will undergo a production process, so there will be a processing time.

Returns: Attention, Please note that return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. This policy also applies in cases of refusal to pay customs fees, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package from the carrier.
